Price reductions, financial market news, and a look at some special listings

There are twenty-five price reductions showing up today in the Northern Arizona Multiple-Listing-Service. Flagstaff home sellers are anxious to get their properties sold before Spring turns to Summer. The reality of our real estate market is coming home to most sellers and they are willing to work with buyers. Still, as explained in the <a href="public/item/205927">real estate market report</a> earlier this week, home buyers in Flagstaff are not entirely in the driver’s seat – at least not in the lower price ranges.<a title="Mortgage Market Update" href="public/blog/178438" target="_blank">Today’s economic news and financial market reports</a> create more uncertainty for buyers. Initially, home loan rates moved down on news of higher unemployment.
