Forty-two new Flagstaff home listings to choose from in a variety of price ranges

There were 42 new home listings added to the Flagstaff real estate market in the week May 5 through May 11. These Flagstaff homes ranged in price from $150,000 for a two bedroom, one-bath, 704-square-foot home built on the west side of Flagstaff in 1955 to a nearly 4000 square foot home on over seven acres and listed at $1,450,000.  All of this is according to data provided by the Northern Arizona Multiple Listing Service, which does not contain all homes for sale, but does contain most of the Flagstaff real estate market.This week’s featured home is found in the Shadow Mountain neighborhood on Flagstaff’s east side.
