Nominations Are Now Open for Election to the Board of Directors of the Ponderosa Trails Homeowners Association

<p>The&nbsp;homes in Ponderosa Trails, located in southwest Flagstaff, are governed by a board of directors elected by the homeowners. The annual election is scheduled for October and there are three open positions with members to be elected for three year terms. </p><p>If you or any of your neighbors are interested in serving on the board of this Flagstaff neighborhood association, please submit a letter of interest and a biography to the property manager employed by the board, whose name appears below.
