| September 25, 2008 | | More statistics on the real estate industry in the news today | Reports this morning indicate that new homes construction continues to fall, which, long-term, is a prerequisite for recovery in the housing market. The headline this morning by CNN was given to the drop in new home sales. Sroll down in the article and you’ll see that new home inventory also continues to drop. Read why this is good in an earlier post here, with some perspective on the Flagstaff real estate market. Of course, in the long-term, we're all dead, as one of my ironic professors used to say.
