What does a busy Flagstaff real estate agent do to celebrate the New Year? Here are some of the things Team Heitland at RE/MAX Peak Properties did or will do this week:

  • Close out the office files for four homes that closed in the last ten days of 2007
  • Create a new 40+ page listing presentation for people wanting to sell their Flagstaff homes in 2008
  • Review resources available from RE/MAX to help us help our clients
  • Read several articles and private surveys on what happened to real estate markets around the country in 2007
  • Drill-down a detailed statistical analysis of what happened to the Flagstaff real estate market in 2007
  • Send copies of final settlement statements to all clients who closed transactions in 2007, to help with their tax preparation
  • Write annual report on Flagstaff real estate
  • Plan marketing initiatives and budget for 2008
  • Plan real estate education activities for 2008
  • Got two new listings started toward their early sale in 2008
  • On New Year’s Day, wrote an offer for a buyer who is moving to Flagstaff soon
