The homes in Ponderosa Trails, located in southwest Flagstaff, are governed by a board of directors elected by the homeowners. The annual election is scheduled for October and there are three open positions with members to be elected for three year terms. If you or any of your neighbors are interested in serving on the board of this Flagstaff neighborhood association, please submit a letter of interest and a biography to the property manager employed by the board, whose name appears below. The biographies will be mailed to Ponderosa Trails homeowners with ballots prior to the October 25th annual meeting. Submit nominations with biographies prior to September 23rd to: Mike Hutchins
