Flagstaff Home Sales in June

Here's a quick preview of Flagstaff single-family home sales in June 2010

Flagstaff home prices dropped from May to June, volume was up to 75 Flagstaff single-family home sales. That volume is about the same as June 2009 and up 28 homes from the May 2010 sales numbers. Short sales and bank-owned properties accounted for fewer of the home sales than in recent months. The median price of a Flagstaff single-family home dropped back below $300,000 to $294,000.
