Happy Monday! It's a rare Monday morning that I check my Flagstaff real estate blog and find that I've posted nothing new over the weekend. This weekend was filled with other work -- people seeking to buy Flagstaff real estate kept me on the phone a lot, and I spent several hours out looking at Flagstaff properties with buyer clients with whom I've been working for a while.
I also took time to update resources on my main Flagstaff real estate website, and freshen descriptions and photos on some of my listings. And some time to enjoy living in Flagstaff, including attending the fabulous season-opener of the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra, taking a long forest hike, and entertaining friends at home.
So, I didn't write anything on the real estate blog! But, I have a collection of real-estate-related articles that appeared elsewhere last week that I found worth reading -- and perhaps will comment upon in posts here later this week.
