Flagstaff Foreclosure Update

Many of the scheduled sales don't actually come to gavel at the Flagstaff courthouse

Whether they area saved by short sale, mortgage refinance, or simply postponed to another day, many of the foreclosure sales scheduled each week for Coconino County are cancelled. If the homes become bank-owned properties, they will most likely end up on the Northern Arizona MLS, where we can sell them to you as your buyer representative. Give us a call.
