Real Estate Market Update

After I heard that the Case-Schiller Index (that notorius 20-city indicator on home values) fell substantially in January (they also are very slow in reporting), I couldn't wait for the end of the month to get a preliminary look at March's Flagstaff home sales. Well, that look told me the final numbers are going to be much the same as in December, January and February -- not much change in prices and very little sold. Prices are down substantially from March 2008, but Flagstaff seems to have stagnated for the last four months. I'll be giving a full report on March sales in a few days.
