| March 01, 2009 | | The Flagstaff Ranch country club development is reported to be emerging from three years of bankruptcy | The Flagstaff Ranch development, which has been in bankruptcy court for three years, may be emerging soon thanks to a loan from one investor, according to an article in Saturday's local paper, the Arizona Daily Sun: Out of the rough: Flag Ranch Golf Club Emerges from Bankruptcy. One of the assets, and liabilities, of the community is the great golf course.
I do get a lot of calls about one particular Flagstaff Ranch house listed on the MLS. Because it's in the high-end development of Flagstaff Ranch, it looks like a real bargain: $185,000 (right now, it started higher). What's not really apparent to many from the MLS listing description and the pictures is that the house is incomplete. It's a foreclosed home that the builder did not complete and it stands as a shell ready for someone to buy and finish.
