2008 Flagstaff Real Estate Market Results

Continuing the series from my annual report on Flagstaff homes, here are the statistics on single family home sales

Last week, I presented the overall picture of Flagstaff home sales in 2008. The market snapshot -- taken from my printed annual market report for my Flagstaff real estate clients -- covered all types of Flagstaff homes, including single family homes, townhomes, condos, and manufactured homes. Here are the 2008 statistics for single family home sales in Flagstaff:

Data is based upon information from the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors® and is deemed reliable for sales reported to the association, but is not guaranteed and does not include all sales in the market area. The data reported is for all homes with Flagstaff mailing addresses, whether or not they are within the City of Flagstaff; therefore it includes Doney Park, Fort Valley, Kachina Village and other areas in the “greater” Flagstaff metropolitan area.
