Interest Rates Down on Tuesday

We're in for a wild ride on rates but they will be low if you buy before the end of June

Today, mortgage interest rates plunged. For all those buyers sitting on the sidelines because rates popped up last week, remember that you have time after the purchase contract is in place to wait out rate fluctuations. The Federal Reserve is committed to keeping home loan rates low through June.

Shop for your home now and make sure you find what you want and get the home loan rate locked before this time passes!
