Home Loan Rates Continue to Improve in Flagstaff- BUY NOW!

Changes are also coming in how loans are priced by credit score.  If your credit score is lower than 680 or you are purchasing a manufactured home buy now instead of later.  Freddie Mac anounced today that "With the changing credit quality in the market today, including the deteriorating performance of higher-risk mortgage products and widespread home price depreciation, we are announcing changes to our pricing and credit requirements reflective of these market conditions."  The changes take place on all loans delivered after March 1st.  So, buy now not later and save yourself up to 2.00% points that will be charged after that date.
