Hi, I am Liz Fontanini and work for Wallick & Volk Mortgage Bankers in Flagstaff, Arizona.  I have been in the lending industry for 6 years serving customers in Northern Arizona in purchasing a new home, refinancing a current home or construction financing of a new home or lot.  I started in the mortgage industry with the first production builder in Flagstaff financing new homes in the Ponderosa Trails development.  It does not get any better than assisting a person with the purchase of their first home. 

I will be sensitive to the fears that you may have about obtaining a mortgage loan and earn your confidence as a trusted advisor.  I am in my second year as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and work in conjunction with several Financial Planners and CPA's in the Flagstaff area to ensure that the mortgage you select is the best for your financial plan. 

I am commited to the Flagstaff area and serve the community in several organizations.  I serve on the advisory board for Big Sisters of Flagstaff and was a Big for several years.  My husband and I moved to Flagstaff from San Diego, California to live a simplier and quieter life.  The community has been wonderful to us and we appreciate all the friends and opportunities Flagstaff has brought to our lives.
